Payments:
Our store uses the Auctiva Commerce integrations with Authorize.net, PayPal and Google Checkout. Our site carries the GODADDY Verified & Secured certificate ensuring your transactions are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.
 
Shipping:
We use primarily the U.S. Postal Service for our shipping and in most cases USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail International for international shipments. Exceptions may be Media Mail, First Class, or Flat Rate for select items. Most items are pre-packaged and ready to ship. This store format calculates shipping on each individual item. Whenever possible we try to combine packaging on multiple items. If the price you pay for shipping exceeds the actual cost of shipping including insurance, we make it a practice to refund any difference to you. If USPS will not ship to a destination due to Federal law or any other reason, then your order will not be shipped and if already paid, will be refunded.
 
Returns:
Since the majority of our products are pre-owned, in most cases all sales are final. We give ample descriptions of our products in an attempt to ensure you know what you are ordering. The majority of our products are pre-owned clothing items and it should be assumed that any pre-worn or pre-used item may have some wear and/or soiling due to normal use. We attempt to discover and reveal or note those imperfections.
 
Clothing sizing:
The majority of our measurements are with garments laying flat. When deciding if an item will be a proper fit, please compare to a similar item that you already know fits. Comparing a tight fitting item such as an under garment to a loose fitting item such as a jacket is not an acceptable comparison for sizing. Acceptible Returns:
**All Returns Require Pre-Authorization**
Wrong Product - If we ship the wrong product to you, of course you may return it (this has never happened). Please contact us for return authorization. If we are at fault we will pay for return shipping. Otherwise return shipping would be paid by the customer.
 
Inaccurate Description - If we are grossly inaccurate in our description of a product it may be returned upon approval (this has never happened). Please contact us for return authorization.
 
Damaged Items - If you receive a shipment that is damaged you should immediately report it to the carrier. Take pictures prior to opening the package if the package is damaged, and after opening the package. We would require certified proof that you filed a claim with the carrier before any further action is considered for a package that is damaged in transit. If the item is insured then a claim must be made with the insurer, and their instructions followed, before any further action can be taken.
 
Electronics - Occasionally we will sell electronic items, games, etc. In most cases any sealed electronic item that has been opened is not returnable. There may be a rare occasion where items are know to be defective. In the past we purchased a lot of XBOX 360 Halo 3 Limited Edition game packs with the metal case. Upon researching them we discovered there were reports of defects in the disc holders where the discs would come loose and get scratched during shipping and handling. We opened one package up and sure enough the main game disc was loose and damaged. We immediately pulled them out of inventory. We do not intentionally market defective items.
 
A Little History:
We have been buying vintage snowmobile items since 2008, mainly for personal use and collection. Since 2009 we have been selling items as well. Since 2009 we have only had 2 requests for returns.
 
The first item was in 2009, a vintage Ski-Doo jacket that had no tags on it. It was listed as a woman's jacket and it turned out it was a misses jacket. Although we did have measurements in the listing so there should have been no reason not to know if it would fit or not we agreed to accept a return and refund the purchase. The buyer decided to keep it and give it to his daughter instead of his wife.
 
A second item was a new off brand snowmobile helmet. It was listed as a Mossy Oak camouflage. It was more of a woodsy colored helmet with browns and tans. The buyer was upset because it was not the military green camouflage. Although the colors from the digital camera were not a perfect match, it was never described as being green, nor were the colors in the pictures green, even though on various browsers there were still different variations in the coloring. The description stated the correct colors. We did agree to accept a return if the buyer paid the return shipping. After it was explained, the obvious pointed out, and the buyer referred to the listing again to re-read the description, he decided to keep the helmet.
