ABOUT US
We are a family run business that sells used toys and collectibles. Pretty much all of the items we sell are in good used condition with the occasional item still in the packaging. We have been selling online for close to 15 years now. Originally we sold on eBay but in 2010 we decided to set up our own online store and sell directly. We had over 8900 positive feedbacks on eBay before we decided to move to our own store. We sold under the user name WDWRON and you can still see our feedbacks if you search for our user name. We strive to continue to offer the highest level of service to our customers.

SHIPPING
Since we are located in Canada we use Canada Post for all of our shipping. Your packages will be delivered on your end by your local post office. Shipping costs are calculated directly by Canada Post. We enter the size and weight of each item when setting up the product listing. When items are added to your cart the shipping module automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the size and weight of the package. We ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
CONDITION OF ITEMS
All of the items we sell are in good used condition. We try to only sell toys in the best condition possible. We do not sell toys with broken or missing parts. Since we are not the original owners of the toys we can not guarantee that they come from a smoke free or pet free home. We clean most items with an alcohol solution. Some items such as Lego parts may not be cleaned.
PAYMENTS
We accept PayPal, MasterCard and VISA for payments. All of our credit card payments are cleared through Paypal's Payment Pro service. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card and you do not incur any fees. PayPal Payment Pro is a secure credit card handling serice that we pay for. We do not retain any of your credit card information.
PRIVACY POLICY
We do not, have not and never will sell or give out any of our customer information. As online buyers we treat our customers with the same courtesy and security that we would hope we are receiving.
SALES TAX
We are required to collect GST/HST from all of our Canadian customers or on orders shipped to a Canadian Location. We do not charge any sales tax for any purchases shipped to a location outside of Canada.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Since all of the toys we sell are used we do not get them from a regular supplier like a wholesaler. As such we can never tell when a particular item will be back in stock. Depending on the rarity of the item it may take a very long time to find another one, if we ever do. If you send us an email at ronsrescuedtreasures@shaw.ca and include the SKU number of the item we will make every attempt to let you know when an item is back in stock.
RETURN POLICY
Since we sell used items, all sales are final. The exception of course would be if we had made an error. We always try to make every purchase go as smoothly as possible for our customers but every once in a while we do make a mistake. We will always work with you to make it right.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
The toy I am buying is very small. Can't you just stick it in an envelope and mail it to me?
Even though we sell small items we can not ship them in a plain envelope as a letter. Canada Post has maximum size restrictions for letter mail as well as restrictions on what can be shipped in a letter envelope.
The Country I live in is not listed in the shipping cost calculator. Can you ship to me?
We ship to a great many countries but we have restricted shipments to some others. The reasons normally are due to customs restrictions or bad track records with certain countries. Sorry but if your country is not listed then we have chosen not to ship there.
Do you buy toys?
We do purchase toy collections if they are a good fit for our store and of course if we can make a profit by re-selling them. If you have toys you are interested in selling please send us an email with a list of the toys and the amount that you would like to receive for them. You will need to include the cost of shipping to Manitoba, Candada. The Postal Code is R4H1J3.
Can you mark the customs form to indicate that this is a gift?
No sorry we can not. We make sure that we list the items as used and include the actual value of the item on the customs forms.
