Wind and Willow Irish Pub Potato Soup. They took it out of the kitchen and down to the pub by adding cheese and a little beer flavor. Everyone loves potato soup and now it just got better. Just add 6 cups of water.
Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon. For a bold pub soup taste, make the soup according to directions but adding only 4 1/2 cups of water and a 12 oz. can of beer.

Cooking Directions:
- Add 6 cups of water and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 - 25 minutes, stirring occasionally
