Dizzy Pig BBQ Red Eye Express rub is rich in flavor, a coffee infused BBQ Rub. First developed as a brisket rub, Red Eye Express is a unique offering that goes best with roasts and longer cooks. While the rub packs quite a bit of pepper, coffee is the theme here. Fennel seeds, dill seeds, coriander and a variety of chilies.
The coffee translates to a slightly malty flavor in the finished product, and does not make the food taste like coffee. Red Eye is loaded with several other aromatic spices and herbs that really enhance the maltiness of this flavorful rub.
