Shipping Information

We take great pride to ensure that your order is handled with care.  We box and ship from our *Odenton, Maryland location within 48 hours of your order placement.  Today we only ship within the continental U.S. but hope to expand soon.  Shipments go out   Monday - Friday using our preferred carrier Fedex.    

*ImagiPlay products are sent directly from the manufacturer. 

Out Of Stock Products

Typically any "Out of Stock"  product will ship within 7 to 10 business days.  If you elect to purchase a product that is currently "Out of Stock" be assured that it will ship once it is available.  If you would like to get an estimate of when a product will be available for shipment, please contact our customer service department at customercare@buyboxship.com or you may call *1-800-974-4056.

 What to Expect with the Shipment of your Order

All orders are securely boxed and come with a packing slip inside so that you can verify that your order is complete.  When shipping your order an email with a Fedex Tracking Number will be sent to you, so that you're able to track your package.  Just click on the Package Tracker Button below:
