How Returns are Handled

We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you decide the item is not for you we will accept returns up to 30 days (from purchase date) provided that the product is returned unopened in its original condition. Please reach out to our customer service department by clicking the following link: customercare@buyboxship.com 

Once we receive your request for return, we will issue an RMA#.  The RMA# should be written clearly on the outside of the shipping box to expedite your return.  Upon receipt of your product in our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your credit card.  It typically takes up to 72 hours for your funds to be posted back to your bankcard (this depends upon your banking institution). 

Exchanges for Opened Boxes

Returns for opened products will be handled as an exchange or electronic gift certificate.  You may indicate your preference within the email to our customer service department by clicking the following link: customercare@buyboxship.com An RMA# will be issued to you, this number should be written clearly on the outside of the shipping box to expedite your return.

Damaged/Shipment Errors

If a product is received damaged or if the wrong poduct was sent, we want to make this right for you.  Reach out to our customer service department by click the following link: customercare@buyboxship.com we will issue you a an RMA#, please make certain to clearly write this number on the outside of the shipping box.  Once the product is received in our warehouse we will issue a full refund (including the original shipping charges).
