Stock items usually ship within 24 to 48 hours after cleared payment. Custom made apparel shipping can vary depending on the time of the year and holidays. But generally 2 to 3 weeks can be expected. Please be advised that each additional item requires additional time to produce. We carefully package our items for proper delivery.
Items will be shipped according to shipping method you choose. Please allow at least 30 days for production prior to any necessary event. We are not part of the United States Postal Service and cannot be responsible for on-time delivery.
Can I Insure The Item?
Yes, and we encourage you to request optional insurance at the time of purchase to cover lost or damaged item(s) during transit, as we cannot be responsible for damaged items after they've left Doggie Duds by Deb.
Can I Have Insurance On Items Shipped Out Of The U.S.?
Sorry - at this time, we do not offer the insurance option if the item is shipped outside the United States.
What Will The Cost Of Insurance Be?
The cost of insurance will depend on the item's value, but typically the cost to you is only $2.00 per $50 item(s) shipped.
Can I Have Tracking On The item?
Yes, and we strongly encourage you to purchase the optional tracking. The cost is nominal - only .50 cents! Once tracking is purchased, we will email the tracking number to you.
Please keep in mind - if tracking is not purchased, we will have no way to track your item after it leaves Sniffany's Closet.
Can I have Tracking On The Items Shipped Out Of The U.S.?
Sorry - at this time, there are no options available for tracking items shipped outside the United States.
We strive to ensure that the quality of our products is excellent, but in the event an item you ordered from DoggieDudsbyDeb.com does not meet your satisfaction, our Return Policy is as listed below. We can't be responsible for items not fitting when a customer requests the wrong size or supplies us wrong with the measurements. Most all items in our store are custom made and are cut and processed on a per order basis. ALL custom made items are Non-Returnable. If you have any questions whether what you are ordering is custom made please email us. All inquiries should be made prior to your purchase.
Non-custom made items in the store are returnable if item hasn't been worn, is in orginal packaging and does not show any signs of pet hair. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from original invoice. Returned items must be recieved by us within 10 days from date of invoice.
Please measure carefully, due to health and safety concerns, Pet Diapers, Belly Bands and SEASONAL items are sold as Sales Final and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Shipping charges are Non- refundable.
Personalized Items are Non-Refundable.
Please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by email prior to returning the product. In the email please list the order number and the specific reason for the return. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be accepted, and a credit will not be issued.
If we sent you an incorrect item by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you.
If the merchandise needs to be exchanged for a different size, we ask that you not only pay to ship the incorrect sized item back to us, but include the appropriate amount for shipping the replacement item back to you. Or we will be happy to invoice you for the return postage if that is more convenient.
Returns that are eligible for a refund or credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will issue a refund or credit upon acceptance and inspection of returned merchandise. Please note that your credit expires 30 days after return is received. Your Credit is valid for a one-time purchase.

Please note* there is NO industry standard for handmade apparel. Sizes and dogs are not created equal. To be sure your pet gets the right fit, you must measure him/her. The sizing chart is only a guideline toward sizes. If your pet doesn't fit into any specific size catagory, please contact me with measurements and I can tell which size to order from.
I will ship internationally but order requests must be approved first. Please email me with any questions regarding shipping international orders.
We NEVER sell, loan or otherwise make available your personal information to outside parties unless required by law. When you decide to make a purchase, you will be requested to fill in personal details. Your phone number would only be used to contact you if we have problems with your order. Our payment, customer account & mailing list pages are secured to the highest level possible. We hate spam and will never send you unsolicited spam. We may occasionally send out a sale/specials email, but it would never be more than 1 per month.
