Victorian brass easel-style frame with urns and flowers. It features roses and leaves on the top half and urns with torches on the bottom half. In the bottom center there is a stylized harp with wings.
The picture mount (for a 4" x 6" picture) is 2 corner rests on the bottom and a clip in the top middle.
Excellent condition, no metal flaws. Age appropriate wear and nice patina. There is still some of the painted gold highlights.
