Embroidered silk Chinese wall hanging on green silk.
The center panel has three scenes. At the top is a small house. Center is a pagoda with a tree and setting sun, another tree over a bridge. The bottom section shows a pagoda with sailboats. Around each scene is couched metallic braid.
The central panel is framed with ribbon and brocade fabric. The piece is backed with green silk and hangs by 2 goldtone hangers. The label on the back says 'No. 016 Peking, China'. Made for export market.
Overall the piece measures about 25 1/2 inches by 10 1/2 inches.
Condition is excellent.
