Should you wish to return an item for refund or exchange, contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone 289-320-9278 to get a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address for the shipment within seven (7) days of receipt. After seven (7) days all sales are considered final. All returns must be returned within ten (10) days of receiving a return authorization.
We cannot refund custom ordered items, books, videos, undergarments, supplements/ wormers or any ingestible product (for safety reasons). All sale and clearance merchandise are final sale and non returnable.
Special order items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee of the purchase price less taxes and shipping.
Saddles are not refundable if marked in any manner.
Blankets and sheets must be returned clean and unused. We suggest putting a clean sheet on your horse first before trying your new blanket.
Include the Merchandise RA number inside the parcel that you are sending back to us as well as writing it clearly on the outside of the parcel.
All packages that are returned without this RA number on the box will be refused.
Please return items by “insured ground mail” to the address that we provide to you. Sorry, we cannot accept collect returns.
Shipping charges are not refundable
However, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.
Exchanges will in most cases be sent back to you without additional shipping charges (however a $3.00 handling charge will be applied per parcel). In the case of overweight items we will contact you with an estimate of the new shipping charges.
