Our Business Policies and Services: - Shipping:
- Currently, most items ship from Texas UPS Ground and includes insurance of up to $100 of the selling price per package. Please allow 7-11 days from payment to delivery. You will receive tracking on your item after it has shipped. Since we use many different suppliers of items, there can be variances in policies that will be described in the specific listing of the items if it varies from this general policy. Items may be shipped from York, PA, or from one of the many warehouses employed in many different states . When possible, depending on the warehouse shipped from, we do combine shipping which is automatically calculated. Please check the FAQ page for more specific information or you may email us using the Contact Us link above in our header.
Refunds & Returns:
Rest assured, any defective item can be returned within 14 days for an exchange with covered shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless item is defective or the item is not as described. Every effort is made to describe our items as precisely as possible and we believe in Bargain Prices, therefore to keep costs to a minimum, on general simple exchanges, for example size, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways, but we will absorb any restocking fees. Please package items as received with all tags in place and request a return order number and instructions. -
- International Shipping:
In some listings we do ship internationally. Orders that are shipped outside the supplier country might incur custom fees including VAT. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for these additional fees at the time of delivery should they be assessed. If a shipment is refused we will deduct all fees from the refund which will be added to the normal restocking fee.

Tax Information: With the many tax issues that we currently encounter in reguards to internet sales, our general state sales tax policy, since we are based in PA, PA residents will be charged a PA sales tax at the current tax rate. If you live in a state that the item is shipped from, eg Texas warehouse to a Texas resident, you will be charged your states sales tax rate. Even though we may not collect state sales tax, you may still be liable to your state for taxes if levied on internet purchases.
