Payment
Princess Pedicure Spas, Inc. dba Princess Nail Supply hereafter known as "Princess"
Payment: Princess accepts on-line payments through a merchant gateway from PayPal. Payment forms include: PayPal,
American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA.
Shipping
Princess uses UPS and The United States Postal Service (USPS) for all small package shipments. Salon furniture,
large items and pedicure spas are shipped by motor freight. Shipping may be included on some these items while others
are calculated by the weight and your location. A residential fee of no less than $10. and as much as $30. will be added
to all home deliveries. Please contact us for rate quotes. Inside delivery is available for an additional service fee and
must be arranged prior to shipping. Local pick up is welcome for all in-stock items.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged to North Carloina residents only. Buyer assumes all sales tax liabilities and reporting within their
state as governed by local laws.

Princess Returns and Exchanges Procedures
Princess guarantees 100% satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order or you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase you may return it for a full refund less shipping costs, a credit on your account or an exchange for another item of the same price.
To ensure full credit, please keep in mind these important points when returning an item:
It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, ship and insure the contents of all returned packages using a traceable
ground shipping methods such as UPS or the US Postal Service insured mail to:

You must obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning an item. To obtain a Return Authorization Number call
Customer Service at 877.733-4772.
We will refuse and reject all returned packages if there is no Return Authorization Number marked outside of the box.
Product(s) must be:
1.Returned within 30 days from shipping date,
2.In new condition, in original packaging with all printed materials, parts and accessories and the UPC Code on the exterior and
3.Received in saleable condition.
Shipping charges are refunded only when the product was shipped incorrectly or defective upon arrival.
The Return Authorization Number must be written on the outside of the box and on a copy of the original packing slip which should be packed inside the box.
All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete. Any item which does not comply with this policy will not be accepted and returned to you. A restocking fee of up to 30% depending on the circumstances and conditions.
All free items included with a specific product purchase must be returned as well to receive credit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make claim with the carrier for any proof of delivery or damage to shipment returned to Princess.
Some items are subject to Manufacturer’s Return Policy and Warranty and cannot be returned. These items are, but are not limited to: pedicure spas, furniture, nail brushes, implements, airbrush equipment and parts, salon equipment (sterilizers, towel warmers, gel or UV lights,
dryers), air purifier and nail drill machines. Any product with a factory seal including but not limited to: acrylic powder, lacquer, liquid, lotion,
gel, mask, masque, oil, pedicure scrub, CND, IBD, EZflow and Cuccio products are not returnable.
No returns can be made on clearance sale items and special/custom orders, these are considered final sales.
Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.We will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. It should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
FEDERAL LAWS CONCERNING AIRMAIL
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. Aerosol products in pressurized spray containers and products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals (e.g., acrylic nail liquid, nail polish, nail polish removers) have this restricted status. All of these products must be returned via a ground shipping service. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO Princess BY AIR MAIL!
