Return claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
All returns must be confirmed by sending an email to alexmotorsales@bex.net that states what you wish to return and the reason.
The cost to ship returns is the responsibility of the buyer in all cases OTHER than seller error.
Return instructions will be provided once a return is confirmed and approved by Alex Motor Sales.
The original shipping cost WILL NOT be refunded in any case other than seller error.
