If,
for any reason you are not 100% satisfied
with your selection, please return it
within 30 days. We
will refund the purchase price or exchange it,
whichever you prefer. Original shipping fees
are non refundable. Returned items must be undamaged and in their original shipping
packaging with all original materials.
Due to the nature of custom and personalized items, cancellation will not be permited.
These items are also non-returnable; however, in the event your item arrives defective we will happily
send you a replacement at no additional cost. For damaged items please
contact the shipper [ usually UPS or USPS ]
and fallow their instructions and please
contact us so we can replace the item.
Once an item has shipped cancellation will
not be permitted. Shipment refusal for reasons
other than damage, defect or miss-shipment
may result in a 25% refusal penalty fee. To
