Our items ship from more than one warehouse and location.therefore,your items may arrive in more than one shipment,depending upon the warehouse shipped from and shipment method.

Items that are shipped via UPS must have physical address as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The customer or customer's agent (18 years old or older) must be available to accept delivery as there will be a signature required.

Items that ship via USPS ship to all U.S. address. All shipments will have either delivery confirmation (USPS)or a tracking #(UPS). If any item you order is out-of-stock and needs to be back-ordered, we will contact you with that information as soon as we become aware of this. You will be offered the option of either backordering the item or a full refund.
