About Us: 

We have over 70 years combined experience sewing and crafting. You may have seen our exhibit at either Uncanny Dream or the Crossroads Doll and Teddy Bear Show in Puyallup, Washington. The Crossroads show is the largest doll show in the Pacific Northwest and includes all dolls from antique to modern and accessories from over 100 exhibitors. Occasionally, we auction items on eBay using the seller ID “dollsofmine” and you can check out our feedback there. Be assured you are buying from a trustworthy source. 

Terms and Conditions of Sales:

Many of our customers purchase doll clothes and shoes from us for costume plays and storyboards so there is no return. We have had satisfied customers for many years so we feel confident that you will be pleased. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receipt and examination, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving your merchandise and we will make every effort to make it right with you. We prefer happy customers. When our customers are happy, we are happy, too.

Payment:

Use PayPal to pay securely using either a credit card, debit card or personal check. It is the only method of payment accepted at this time. (We accept only U.S. dollars.) You will automatically receive a receipt for your purchases. If in the U.S.A., you will be notified of the tracking number when your package is on its way.

Shipping:

We prefer shipping via USPS using either First Class or Priority Mail, always with delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. If you live within the contiguous United States, your shipping charges will never be more than $5.00. If there is a glitch in the system and you are charged more than that, a refund will be given promptly through PayPal. If you live outside the U.S.A., the shipping charges are $8.00 for up to a $100.00 purchase. A purchase over $100.00 is generally packed in a box and ships free to all buyers. All purchases are enclosed in resealable plastic bags. Bubble mailers are used when possible; boxes are used for larger orders and when necessary to prevent crushing the contents. Sales Tax:

We are a legitimate business in Washington State; therefore, appropriate sales tax is charged for purchases shipped to Washington residents, remitted to the county in which they reside. However, non-residents of Washington State pay no sales tax when purchasing online.
