We will be glad to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise. You may return your item(s) to our Returns department.
Customer Satisfaction Assured. When returning items, it must be in its original packaging with all original materials. You must notify us in writing no later than 7 days from the day you received your item and we must receive the item no later than 14 days from the day you received the item.
Final Refund:
Refunds are issued the same day your package arrives. The items must be in their original condition with original accessories. If cards or parts are missing, we will deduct 20% for each missing item. Used bags will be refunded at 50% and a complaint will be reported to your credit card company. Items returned with intentional damages or items not purchased from us, will be returned without further claims. Any refund will not include your return shipping cost.
Warranty:
If your item is damaged through no fault of your own within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it at no extra charge to you for the exact item only. We will not guarantee damages caused by misuse and all returns for claim will be inspected prior to replacing item. We will not guarantee your item against damage after 30 days and no exchanges or refunds will honored after 30 days. Item must be shipped back at your expense. For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured mail with tracking number.
